These terms cover your use of The Quiet Operator website (thequietoperatorlab.com) and its free tools. The site is run by The Quiet Operator. By using the site, you agree to them. Questions go to quietoperator.lab@gmail.com.

The free tools

The rewriter, the assessment and the writing diagnosis are free to use within the daily limits shown on the site. They use an AI model, so the output can be wrong, incomplete or a poor fit for your situation. Read it before you send it. You are responsible for what you do with it.

Text you submit is sent to Anthropic for processing, as described in our Privacy Policy. Only submit text you have the right to share. Please do not use the tools to produce anything unlawful or harmful, and do not try to get around the limits or overload the service. We may change, limit or remove the tools at any time.

Products

Our guides, books and prompt system are sold through Gumroad. Each purchase is handled by Gumroad, and Gumroad's terms and refund policy apply to it. For help with an order, contact us at quietoperator.lab@gmail.com.

What you buy is for your own use. Please do not resell or redistribute it.

Mirror

Mirror is a separate web app with a monthly subscription billed through Stripe. It has its own terms, which apply when you sign up.

The writing, frameworks and design on this site belong to The Quiet Operator. You are welcome to share links and short quotes with credit. Please ask before copying anything larger.

No guarantees

The site and tools are provided as they are. We do our best to keep them working and accurate, but we cannot promise they will always be available or error free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from using the site or the free tools.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
